Does Pride On Site Support Non-Profit Organizations?

Yes we do. We help our local non-profit organizations in any way we can. In return, we receive valuable referrals.

We either donate unused computers and peripherals as well as offer free support and troubleshooting.

Does Pride On Site Do House Calls?

Yes. Computers can be very complex to most owners when it comes to confusing cables, hard to reach places and heavy equipment. This is why we have specialized in "On Site" calls. We come to you, so you don't have to worry.

What Areas Do You Support?

We mainly support the Natal Midlands areas which include: Howick and the Lions River area up to Nottingham Road and Rosetta. Also doing much support in Hilton and Pietermaritzburg.

Diagnosing computer issues via telephone can be very difficult for any computer technician. As most commands and troubleshooting techniques are very complex to a general user to perform. We will try and gather the necessary information from you on the situation and recommend the best course of action to get your system operational as quick as possible.
